As a part of Raxo's branding initiatives, we embarked on a project to showcase our company's distinct icons in a creative way. Each designer was given the opportunity to interpret the icons and develop a unique visual universe.
As co-director of Always Curious, I led the early stages of the project and the video production. I also contributed various graphic designs to bring the icons to life.

Tape Recorder
I always saw a "play" button in these icons, so for the opening scene I drew inspiration from Toy Story's tape recorder and Fisher Price toys to develop a range of possible tape recorder concepts in Photoshop. I ultimately translated my favorite idea into a 3D design with Cinema 4D and Octane. The scene was beautifully animated by Joaquín Testa

Slot Machine
My goal was to experiment with drawing and create a more graphic design. I thought the icons themselves seemed reminiscent of the figures of a casino slot machine. After a quick sketch, I jumped right into my favorite part: coloring. The scene below was animated by Raxo's team.
Spirals & Bubbles
Below are some further explorations and 3D concepts I developed on Cinema 4D and Octane. All animations are by Raxo.
